Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution

In compliance with Article 18 of Law No. 144/2015, consumers are hereby informed that, for the purpose of alternative dispute resolution, they should contact our company via email at geral@seregal.pt, the competent Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity in their area, or use the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
